Instructions for Congress Authors

The Congress will be accredited by Continuing Medical Education.

Instructions for Oral Presentations

Oral presentations will be conducted in Romanian or English, using PowerPoint format. The duration of presentations in the plenary session will not exceed 20 minutes, while those in the section sessions will not exceed 10–15 minutes. The final Congress program will be published closer to the event date.

Instructions for Formatting Publications

For publication are accepted abstracts and full articles, written in Romanian or English, with the title translated into both languages. All materials must be formatted in Times New Roman font.

Abstracts

• Title: Concise, reflecting the content of the work, bold, 14 pt, line spacing 1,15;
• Authors: Full first and last names, professional and academic titles (e.g., Dr., Prof., MD, PhD), institutional affiliation of the first author;
• Structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions, Keywords (section titles in bold, 12 pt, line spacing 1,15);
• Maximum length: one A4 page, including 3–5 keywords.

Articles

• Title: Concise, reflecting the content of the work, bold, 14 pt, line spacing 1,15;
• Authors: Full first and last names, professional and academic titles, names of the institutions where the authors are affiliated;
• Abstract: In both Romanian and English, with the title translated and 3–5 keywords;
• Structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, References (section titles in bold, 12 pt, line spacing 1,15);
• Maximum length (including references): 12 pages for general reviews, 10 pages for original research, and 5 pages for case reports (including figures and tables).

Publication

Accepted abstracts and articles will be published in the Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Medical Sciences Section.
